About The Position

This role combines financial analysis and marketing analytics to support business planning, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making. You will analyze financial statements and marketing data, build financial models, and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership. The position plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, helping the organization identify trends, manage risks, and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing analytics, or a closely related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with both financial and marketing datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business planning and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and profitability across products, services, or segments.
  • Monitor revenue, cost structures, and profitability by product, service, or business segment to identify drivers of performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Support month-end close processes by providing analytical insight and variance explanations.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels such as digital, social, and email.
  • Track key marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform and support marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting to improve marketing effectiveness.
