Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience or A+ Certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal, and written communication.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge on PC and its components.
- Ability to dismantle, and re-assemble laptops and desktops
- Must be able to lift equipment 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity TCP/IP is a plus
- Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment handling tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature.
Responsibilities
- Perform PC system imaging, Deployment, OS installation, and repair.
- Process Helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support.
- Troubleshot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devices
- Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components.
