The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team is recruiting for a field-based Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to cover a territory including Houston, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Katy, and Sugar Land, TX. PECS aims to enhance the Patient Experience (Px) by creating personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences to help patients initiate and adhere to treatments across the portfolio. The FRM's crucial role is to address patient unmet needs by assisting them in starting and staying on their medication for optimal treatment success. This involves serving as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers (HCPs) and their office staff regarding patient access to J&J Immunology therapies. The role requires significant on-site engagement (up to 50%) with HCPs to assess their educational needs and facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders.
