About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
• Ability to adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures and commitment to customer quality.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Intermediate understanding of electrical principles, including voltage, current, and resistance.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by adjusting and repairing equipment as needed.
• Track replacement-part usage and order replacement parts.
• Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Set up equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical machine components in top operating condition.
• Perform simple to complex mechanical preventive maintenance tasks following instructions.
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and photo eyes.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs and outputs and repair related issues.
• Assist in training Level I Technicians.
• Perform regular standby assignments and work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime.
