About The Position

Uniphore is seeking a strategic advisor and master storyteller to work closely with the CEO to shape how the world perceives Uniphore and understands the capabilities of Business AI. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in executive communications, with substantial tenure as a senior advisor or function leader supporting a CEO or C-suite executive, ideally in B2B tech or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of helping CEOs develop and own bold, differentiated points of view, not just producing polished content, but shaping the ideas themselves.
  • Exceptional writer and strategic thinker, able to operate at the highest levels of craft while setting vision and leading others.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive communications functions from the ground up: defining strategy, developing talent, and creating infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to influence at the C-suite level, with presence, credibility, and judgment.
  • Deep expertise across the full communications mix: major stage speeches, thought leadership content, executive social media, internal communications, media and panel preparation.
  • Strong people leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and enterprise technology; experience in the category is a meaningful advantage.
  • Comfortable with regular travel, averaging one to three trips per month, domestic and international.

Nice To Haves

  • You have spent your career thinking about why a message matters, not just how to write it, and can articulate the difference.
  • You know how to take a CEO's raw conviction and turn it into a narrative that moves an industry.

  • You lead with a clear point of view on what great executive communications looks like and hold your team to it.
  • You are energized by the idea that the work you do shapes how an industry thinks about a company, its CEO, and the future of AI in business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic narrative for the company’s CEO, acting as a thought partner to develop a distinctive point of view on AI and enterprise technology.
  • Set the thought leadership agenda, identify market conversation white space, and build frameworks for Uniphore's voice.
  • Define and steward the CEO's overarching communications strategy, including narrative architecture, platform priorities, and thought leadership.
  • Develop bold, differentiated POVs to position the CEO as a category-defining voice in Business AI.
  • Serve as a senior communications advisor to the CEO and cross-functional leadership, shaping messaging for high-stakes moments.
  • Contribute to preparing select senior leaders for external visibility opportunities.
  • Be the primary steward of the CEO’s voice, writing and shaping high-impact communications such as keynote speeches, op-eds, and investor/board narratives.
  • Drive the CEO's external thought leadership agenda, including strategy for speaking engagements and media appearances.
  • Manage the CEO's social media presence strategically, including content strategy and editorial POV.
  • Set the standard for CEO briefing materials, ensuring comprehensive and strategically framed preparation for all engagements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the CEO Executive Communications team, setting standards for craft, strategic thinking, and execution.
  • Build systems, processes, and tools for the team to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the development of the CEO's internal communications strategy to connect employees with leadership and company direction.
