About The Position

Blockaid builds security technology to protect the movement of money, including stablecoins, tokenized assets, and payments made by AI agents. Its technology screens transactions to help prevent fraud, scams, and hacks. The Forward Deployed Engineer supports customer integration and onboarding, works with customers and prospects to understand technical and business needs, and delivers tailored demonstrations and guidance. The role collaborates with Research and Development and Product teams and contributes to expanding the customer base and meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing, or consulting role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present technical solutions concisely to customers and prospects.
  • Passion for investigating technical issues and solving customer challenges.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a cybersecurity company.
  • Blockchain or Web3 knowledge.
  • Early-stage startup Sales Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical integration and customer onboarding, and develop integration and onboarding strategies for Blockaid.
  • Drive expansion of the customer base to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Research and Development and Product teams.
  • Research multiple DeFi protocols.
  • Consult with customers and prospects to define their challenges and opportunities.
  • Educate customers and prospects, act as a trusted advisor, challenge assumptions and current practices, and deliver value.
  • Support technical and business discovery activities, including workshops and demonstrations, across multiple opportunities.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer environments and testing needs.
