Simulation Engineer

TFT Global (USA) Inc.•Lewisburg, TN
•$115,000 - $115,000

About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, technically capable Simulation Engineer to help build and lead capabilities in digital twin technology, material-flow simulation, and logistics optimization. This new, high-impact role spans engineering, automation, logistics, commercial strategy, and operational execution. The engineer will use simulation and automation software to model real-world operating environments, evaluate alternatives, identify constraints, and determine effective ways to move material through warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and interconnected logistics systems. The work will inform solution design, customer quotations, new-business planning, improvements to existing operations, and strategic initiatives. The role involves working directly with key stakeholders and decision-makers to translate complex engineering problems into practical, data-driven recommendations. It is an evolving capability without a fully established playbook, so the engineer will help establish methods, standards, and tools for its future development. The position may be hybrid or remote depending on the candidate’s experience, location, and business needs. Periodic travel to facilities and customer sites across the United States and Canada is required. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with site personnel and cross-functional teams in different locations. Candidates must already be legally able to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Motivated, technically capable, and self-starting, with an ability to work comfortably amid ambiguity.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work with site personnel and teams in different locations.
  • Comfortable with periodic travel to facilities and customer sites across the United States and Canada.
  • Currently legally authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
