We are seeking a motivated, technically capable Simulation Engineer to help build and lead capabilities in digital twin technology, material-flow simulation, and logistics optimization. This new, high-impact role operates at the intersection of engineering, automation, logistics, commercial strategy, and operational execution. The engineer will use simulation and automation software to model real-world operating environments, evaluate alternatives, identify constraints, and determine effective ways to move material through warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and interconnected logistics systems. The work will inform solution design, customer quotations, new-business planning, improvements to existing operations, and strategic initiatives. The Simulation Engineer will work directly with stakeholders and decision-makers, translating complex engineering problems into practical, data-driven recommendations. As the organization develops its capabilities in an evolving technology space, the successful candidate will help establish methods, standards, and tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, curious about how systems work, and motivated to solve real business problems. The role requires moving between technical details and broader business considerations, visiting facilities to understand processes and gather information, building models, testing alternatives, and explaining results. The engineer will work independently while collaborating with commercial, engineering, operations, and leadership teams. A hybrid or remote arrangement may be considered depending on experience, location, and business needs. Periodic travel to facilities and customer sites across the United States and Canada is required. Candidates must currently be legally able to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
