About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in a human services role; OR an associate’s degree or 60 college credits in Early Childhood Education and 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong customer service and time management skills
• Ability to navigate digital systems and prioritize multiple tasks
• A positive, solution-focused attitude and ability to build rapport
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Request and complete service authorizations in a timely manner
• Conduct Family Service Plan meetings and ensure compliance with OCDEL standards
• Coordinate services and make referrals to support each child’s development
• Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings to promote collaborative planning
• Develop and update transition plans to maintain continuity of care
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with families, providers, and community partners
• Document all services and communication accurately and on time
