Requirements

  • Energetic: Physically fit and enthusiastic about engaging in hands-on tasks.
  • Dependable: Reliable and hardworking, positively contributing to our team culture.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
  • DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
  • Maintained anytime you’re at the office — on or off the clock: Brown Belt, Brown Steel-Toe Boots, Navy BLUE work pants or shorts

  • No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.
  • Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
  • Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
  • Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
  • Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
  • Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
  • Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
