About The Position
Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, is seeking a Director of Clinical Services, Registered Nurse to join their award-winning team. This role is responsible for the quality, safety, and compliance of all patient care delivered at the branch. The ideal candidate will be a clinical leader who can supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvement in areas such as HHVBP and HHCAHPS. This is a full-time, on-site position located in The Villages, Florida.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing–accredited school of nursing
- Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in home health
- Current BLS certification
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards
- Strong ability to manage high levels of stress
- Excellent observation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications, EMR systems, and technology

Responsibilities
- Clinical leadership and staff supervision
- Survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- HHVBP and HHCAHPS performance at the branch level
- OASIS accuracy and clinical episode oversight
- Directly supervise clinical managers and field clinicians
- Ensure compliance with Medicare CoPs, accreditation standards, and state regulations
- Own branch survey readiness and corrective action execution
- Owns QAPI plan approval and execution, and maintains a continuous survey-ready posture with documented mock-surveys
- Monitor OASIS accuracy, care planning, and visit utilization
- Drive branch-level HHVBP and HHCAHPS performance improvement
- Provide case mentoring, clinical coaching, and competency oversight
- Lead branch QAPI activities and outcome improvement plans
- Partner with Operations leadership on staffing capacity and productivity
