About The Position
We are seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. We foster a family culture focused on person-centered care, trust, communication, and collaboration. Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality care tailored to the unique needs of our residents and their families, built on teamwork, respect, appreciation, and integrity. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the facility's operations in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations, ensuring the highest quality of care. This role also involves creating a motivating environment for staff to perform at their best.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ previous experience in long term care environment, preferably as Administrator or Assistant Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college
- Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in union environment
- Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results
- Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration

- Responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards and regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
