About The Position

Massage Heights is looking for an Assistant Wellness Director who is ready to jump in, lead with heart, and help create the kind of guest experience people rave about. This role partners closely with the Retreat Director to keep the Retreat running smoothly, the team inspired, and the vibe positive and professional. It is ideal for someone who is ambitious, sales-savvy, and naturally lifts others up.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales or retail management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict
Comfort with computers and standard software
Basic business math skills
A self-starter mindset and a passion for people

Nice To Haves

Experience with Zenoti or similar spa POS systems
Familiarity with massage, skincare, or spa environments
Experience working within a franchise model

Responsibilities

Partner with the Retreat Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Lead front desk training with coaching, role-playing, and membership-focused sales support
Build schedules that keep the Retreat humming
Set and achieve team and individual goals
Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the standard
Strengthen guest loyalty by delivering a 5 Star experience every time
