About The Position
Papirfly is a leading B2B SaaS Group (MarTech) with over 250 employees across seven international markets. They are seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to join their Managed Services team to support key North American clients. The role involves being central to operations, working with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure marketing assets are organized, current, and easily accessible within their platform. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in communication and organization, is comfortable with digital suites, and aims to develop within a dynamic, international SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize marketing assets in the platform, including uploads, updates, and archiving.
- Maintain the DAM system, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Communicate with clients and provide daily support.
- Serve as the primary contact for client questions and support requests via Zendesk.
- Coordinate requests with internal teams, such as developers and other Managed Services members.
- Regularly review content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support the deployment of templates and campaign materials.
- Assist in preparing updates and communications for system users.
- Aid in reporting and basic performance tracking.
