About The Position

The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for the quality assurance of client assets and data, as well as system management. This role involves updating and checking asset metadata, promoting best practices for the DAM platform, and processing migration tasks. The coordinator will also handle incoming assets for global distribution platforms, audit files and metadata, and follow operational procedures to ensure timely task completion. Additionally, this role involves handling customer support requests and escalating issues as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 – 3 years industry experience or interest in digital media, digital asset management, librarian sciences or archives
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience using a digital asset management system or other tech system such as a digital library, CMS, PIM, or CRM preferred but not required.
  • Preference to candidates from advertising and digital marketing streams.
  • Experience in metadata or content related projects.
  • Experience in preparing data reports in Excel.
  • Experience in communicating with international clients via mail and video conferencing

Responsibilities

  • Quality assurance of client assets & data and system management.
  • Updating & checking assets metadata such as Keywords, EANs, Video Durations, etc… as per QA norms.
  • Promote best practice - DAM platform across all user groups.
  • Respond and investigates end user inquiries and requests as directed.
  • Processing of migration (Downloading & Uploading) task as per clients request and as per guidelines.
  • Entry, tagging and quality assurance of incoming assets for global distribution platforms.
  • Quality assurance, formatting, and ingest of copy for global distribution platforms.
  • Audit files and metadata entries for completion and proper organization.
  • Follow operational procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Handling of Customer Support request – Raising tickets to technical support.
  • Escalate issues or questions to appropriate team member for resolution.
