About The Position

Woolpert is hiring a Digital Asset Manager to join its Proposals Team. Reporting to the Director of Proposals, this position is the primary administrator and day-to-day owner of Woolpert’s digital asset management (DAM) platform. The role oversees asset intake, metadata and taxonomy standards, permissions, digital rights documentation, integrations, reporting, and user enablement. The role also resolves cross-system issues, partners with vendors and system owners, and assists less-experienced team members. The position may require business travel up to 5% of the time. Woolpert is unable to provide visa sponsorship; applicants must already have work authorization in the country where the job is located.
