About The Position

The Digital Twin & Asset Data Manager leads the company’s final customer deliverables, owning the end-to-end process that turns 360° imagery and video walkthroughs into accurate, customer-ready floor plans, digital twins, and asset data. The role sets quality standards, optimizes workflows, and takes ownership of the finished product. The manager works closely with the VP of Operations and Engineering to automate recurring quality assurance steps, and with customer-facing teams to align promises with delivered work. The role reports to the VP of Operations and leads a growing team responsible for core company deliverables, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams. The work supports healthcare and construction customers with accurate spatial data for asset tracking, life-safety compliance, defect detection, and space management. The position is based in Chicago and requires working in the office five days per week, with occasional travel to customer sites throughout the United States.
