About The Position

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, Informational Design, or a related field from reputable institutions or equivalent experience.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Design Softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Skilled in using Canva and other design tools.
• Knowledge of Brand Identity and Graphic Design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition are essential.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Familiarity with current trends in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and e-commerce brand design.
• Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality design output.
• Own laptop with necessary software and a stable internet connection for remote collaboration.

• Prior internship experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create and implement innovative brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements.
• Develop comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across various platforms and materials.
• Conduct research to stay abreast of market trends and understand the target audience for effective branding strategies.
• Work alongside marketing, advertising, and product development teams to align branding across all materials and channels.
• Create compelling visual designs for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest branding trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in strategizing branding efforts to effectively represent the company's values and goals.
