The UI/UX Designer will join Full Swing’s Design Center of Excellence and be embedded in a product pod based on team needs. The role focuses on companion apps that work with simulators and connected hardware, including setup, calibration, live sessions, and performance tracking. The designer will help keep the experience simple as the hardware ecosystem and its apps grow. The designer will own scoped, end-to-end work for key app feature areas, translating ambiguous problems into clear user flows and polished interfaces. The role partners with Product and Engineering from discovery through launch, and evaluates success by how well shipped features work for users in real sessions. The work environment is hybrid or office-based, depending on company needs. Work is primarily in an office with standard working hours, though occasional after-hours support may be required. The role involves frequent cross-department collaboration, extended periods sitting and working at a computer, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
