About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking an Interior Designer to lead space planning and design for healthcare and other environments. The role shapes patient, staff, and family experiences through evidence-based design and collaboration. The designer selects furniture, finishes, signage, lighting, and artwork to support brand, workflow, and wellbeing, and partners with clinical, facilities, construction, growth, and brand teams to create thoughtful, compliant spaces. The position manages multiple projects from concept through activation, including budgets, vendor coordination, drawings, site reviews, and final design approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in design, space planning, finish selection, or relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Designs must meet FGI, ADA, HIPAA, and infection prevention standards.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Photoshop, Bluebeam, and Revit.
