Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
- Onboard new clients and guide them through product adoption to ensure a smooth and successful start
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns to reduce churn
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product training sessions with clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Track and report on customer satisfaction, retention, and success KPIs
