About The Position
PMC Integrity LLC is seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR 1) to join our Aidvantage Customer Service Phone team. This work-from-home call center role offers competitive pay, Health & Welfare fringe benefits, and paid vacation, holiday, and sick time under the Service Contract Act (SCA). As a Customer Service Representative (CSR 1), you’ll help borrowers with routine loan servicing questions by phone, email, or chat.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to pass required background screening and employment verification.
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans.
- Must adhere to policies related to protecting personally identifiable information.
- Must have the ability to write using proper grammar and punctuation.
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Private and secure workspace from home.
- Internet service with sufficient speed for multiple users without latency or lag.
- Minimum hard-wire internet download speed of 25mbps (single) / 50mbps (shared); upload speed of 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred).

- Prior call center experience.
- Federal student aid, financial services, banking, healthcare, or government contract experience.
- Experience supporting federal or state government programs.
