About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Maven Roofing, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they receive the best customer experience and guiding them toward the roofing solutions they need. Your mission is to convert inbound calls into booked appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure every homeowner is scheduled for a consultation with the expert team.
