About The Position

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Ability to cultivate professional relationships and foster collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records and data.
• Ability to travel to Early Head Start service locations.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.
• Two years of employment experience working in curriculum development and/or employment and training programs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of program planning, early childhood assessment, and family systems.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and acceptable criminal and protective services background checks.

Nice To Haves

• Head Start/Early Head Start experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and equity of instruction across the district.
• Provide reports and updates to assigned supervisors.
• Provide leadership, collaboration, and coordination for curriculum implementation and partnership communications.
• Plan and provide educational information and staff development opportunities for staff, family child care providers, families, and children served.
