About The Position

AWARE is hiring an Early Head Start Curriculum Coach serving Butte and Helena, Montana. The role supports curriculum implementation and coordination, with a focus on consistent and equitable instruction and on providing educational information and staff development for staff, family child care providers, families, and children. The position also involves collaboration and partnership communications, reporting to assigned supervisors, and travel to Early Head Start service locations. Requirements

Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Ability to cultivate professional relationships and foster collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records and data.
Ability to travel to Early Head Start service locations.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.
Two years of employment experience working in curriculum development and/or employment and training programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of program planning, early childhood assessment, and family systems.
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License.
Must have an acceptable driving record and pass an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
