About The Position

AWARE is seeking an Early Head Start Curriculum Coach serving Butte and Helena, Montana. The position supports consistent, equitable instruction across the district and provides leadership, collaboration, and coordination for curriculum implementation and partnership communications. The coach plans and provides educational information and staff development opportunities for staff, family child care providers, families, and children served. The role also includes reporting updates to assigned supervisors and travel to Early Head Start service locations.

Requirements

Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Ability to cultivate professional relationships and foster collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records and data.
Ability to travel to Early Head Start service locations.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.
Two years of employment experience working in curriculum development and/or employment and training programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of program planning, early childhood assessment, and family systems.
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Montana Driver’s License.
Must have an acceptable driving record and acceptable criminal and protective services background checks.
