About The Position

Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters is seeking an Education Coach to support the growth and success of early childhood teachers. The role focuses on teacher development and mentorship, helping create safe, healthy environments where children and team members can thrive. The Education Coach supports teachers across age groups and classrooms, contributes to teacher selection and hiring, collaborates with leadership on onboarding, and observes classrooms to support implementation of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. The position also supports teachers in using Primrose’s digital curriculum platform. The school describes its environment as joyful and welcoming, with engaged franchise owners, high-quality facilities focused on health and safety, and a time-tested Balanced Learning curriculum delivered through a digital platform. The salary range is $40,000–$45,000. The shift schedule rotates between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Support teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages.
Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
Collaborate with leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure implementation and delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Support teachers’ use of the digital curriculum platform.
