About The Position

The purpose of this role is to perform responsible, specialized clerical duties to support efficient and effective Court Administration operations. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and records, assisting in the courtroom as necessary, and performing related duties. The position works within a general outline of work and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training.
  • Over one year and up to and including two years of experience.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain Notary Public certification.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain NCIC certification.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal degree preferred.
