About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the auditing and maintenance of original contracts and applications for all of DriveTime and Carvana. In this role, you will verify, service, and distribute documents to correct departments, ensuring the prompt return of documents to the customer or outside vendor upon loan completion. You will manage the flow of documents, review and update account information related to document status, and maintain on-site and off-site storage. This position also involves mailing and shipping of documents, working with multiple databases, handling incoming and outbound calls to customers and third-party vendors, and researching state and county guidelines and policies. A key aspect of this role is meeting daily production expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of professional experience including administrative, data entry, customer service, sales and/or retail industry
  • Must be comfortable working on site
  • Availability weekdays from 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm & 8am-5pm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management
  • A mind for the details

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services or titles experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Verify, service, and distribute documents to correct departments
  • Ensure the return of documents to the customer or outside vendor at the time the loan is completed
  • Manage the flow of documents in the right direction from one point to another promptly
  • Review and update account information as it pertains to documents sent and received
  • Maintain on-site and off-site storage documents
  • Mailing and shipping of documents or other materials
  • Work with multiple databases
  • Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to/from customers and third-party vendors
  • Research state and county guidelines and policies
  • Meet daily production expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy
