About The Position

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and a sense of adventure.
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment.
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Share love of beauty trends and provide product knowledge to customers.
• Ensure a quick, easy, and fun customer experience.
• Keep the sales floor clean, filled, and complete all inventory processes.
• Accurately ticket merchandise.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolution.
• Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
