About The Position
Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in-home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home. We are hiring exceptional caregivers for flexible scheduling opportunities with premium expectations. This position is based in Nashville, TN, with care primarily provided throughout Nashville and surrounding communities. Shifts are available for weekday mornings (12-hour day shifts Monday - Thursday), weekend opportunities (12-hour shifts Friday - Sunday), and night shifts. We offer schedule flexibility, allowing you to select your available days and preferred shifts. Role options include Elite Care Specialist, providing high-quality, client-focused in-home care, and White Glove Welcome Team (Float Opportunity), supporting new client starts, care transitions, and team development.
Requirements
- 1+ year caregiving, CNA, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and reliability
- Compassionate and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care
- Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety
- Provide companionship and support
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure a safe, respectful home environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and families
- Uphold Matriarch's high standards of care and service
- Support new client onboarding
- Travel between client homes as needed
- Mentor and guide new caregivers
- Ensure precise care plan execution
