About The Position

Requirements

• Advanced CNC operation experience, or experience in a similar role within a related manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with different machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and follow production drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cabinetry and/or woodworking, or a related field, preferred.
• Programming experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce custom cabinetry components.
• Load and unload materials and ensure the correct materials and programs are being used.
• Read and follow production drawings, work orders, labels, and measurements.
• Perform basic machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments as required.
• Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions using appropriate measuring tools.
• Identify and report quality, material, tooling, or equipment issues.
• Ensure completed parts are properly labelled and organized for the next stage of production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production departments.
• Support continuous improvement and assist with training as required.
• Represent, support, and uphold the company Core Values and Management Philosophy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
