About The Position

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License
• Previous Care Experience Preferred
• Two References Required
• Must Be at Least 18 Years Old
• Must Pass Background Check and Medical Clearance Prior to Hire
• Work Authorization Required
• Ability to Communicate Effectively and Build Rapport with Clients.
• Physical Stamina and Strength to Perform the Duties of the Role.
• Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
• Maintains Current State Driver’s License and a Dependable Insured Automobile
• Must Have Effective Oral and Written English Communication Skills to Work with Clients/Families

Responsibilities

• Develop Strong Relationships with Clients
• Assist Clients with Activities of Daily Living Such As Dressing, Grooming, Eating, and Bathroom Needs
• Light Housekeeping to Promote a Safe and Clean Environment for Resident’s Home
• Transportation to Appointments and Shopping
• Companionship & Supervision
