About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and nurturing active clients who have already met with our top agents and are pre-approved — but aren’t ready to move yet. Your job is to build the relationship, stay top of mind, and move them back into action.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm, pre-approved clients consistently
  • Build relationships on behalf of our top agents
  • Track timing, motivation, and life changes
  • Re-engage clients when they’re ready to act
  • Hand off fully warmed clients back to agents for conversion
  • Keep zero deals slipping through the cracks
