Client Success & Revenue Operations Manager
About The Position
GYMGUYZ Silicon Valley is hiring an exceptional operator to connect our clients, trainers, virtual assistants, and revenue pipeline. This is not a traditional personal training job or remote administrative role. Success means trainers are accountable, clients feel known, renewals begin early, qualified opportunities reach decisions, and every commitment gets closed. You will initially lead three trainers and their clients. After proving consistent execution, your responsibility will expand toward a larger team accountable for: 10 completed client renewals per month, $50,000 in monthly revenue from any combination of new and renewal business. This role has a defined path to Director of Client Success & Revenue Operations.
Requirements

- 4+ years in operations, client success, account management, sales leadership, service delivery, or team management.
- Personal ownership of a revenue target, renewal portfolio, sales pipeline, or book of business.
- Experience holding employees, contractors, or field personnel accountable.
- Evidence that you improved revenue, retention, service reliability, or team performance.
- Confidence discussing performance, accountability, and financial commitment.
- Strong organization and experience with CRMs, dashboards, scheduling, or AI tools.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work in our office and throughout Silicon Valley.

- Fitness experience is helpful, not required. We welcome proven operators from fitness, wellness, healthcare, home care, hospitality, field services, or account management.
Responsibilities
- Know each client's goals, progress, risks, remaining sessions, and next phase.
- Ensure assessments, progress reviews, and client touchpoints happen on time.
- Lead trainer check-ins, field visits, coaching, and accountability.
- Identify disengaged or dissatisfied clients before they are lost.
- Maintain new-business and renewal pipelines with accurate forecasts.
- Participate in consultations, renewal conversations, and closes.
- Coach trainers to identify renewal, referral, and expansion opportunities.
- Resolve coverage and client-service problems quickly.
- Direct two experienced virtual assistants.
- Maintain an accurate dashboard using our CRM and AI-assisted tools.
- Escalate problems early with a recommended solution.
