About The Position

Health Choice Network is seeking a strategic and transformational Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our Human Resources function and drive a high-performing, mission-driven workforce. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CHRO serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board on workforce strategy, organizational culture, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead the evolution of HR into a modern, technology-enabled People & Culture function focused on enhancing the employee experience, strengthening retention and engagement, and supporting organizational growth. Healthcare experience is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibilities.
  • Previous experience as a CHRO, Chief People Officer, VP of Human Resources, or comparable senior HR leader.
  • Healthcare industry experience required.
  • Proven success leading culture, workforce, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, workforce analytics, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process improvement, HR technology optimization, workforce analytics, and digital record management.
  • Develop workforce strategies to support recruitment, retention, succession planning, and long-term talent needs.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, vendor management, and total rewards programs.
  • Build leadership development programs, career pathways, succession planning, and high-potential talent initiatives.
  • Establish HR metrics and dashboards to track recruitment, turnover, retention, engagement, labor costs, and workforce performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce risk management.
