About The Position

The Four Seasons, Washington D.C., is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. The Chef de Partie will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the day to day operation of the Restaurant and Banquet Kitchen. The Chef de Partie will assist in overseeing all Kitchen operations, including training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance, and supervising all kitchen personnel in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in a high volume kitchen.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings.
  • Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the day to day operation of the Restaurant and Banquet Kitchen.
