About The Position
Join a team that lives and breathes the automotive aftermarket. We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Representative who can translate product knowledge and customer insight into results. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, understands automotive systems, and knows how to convert conversations into revenue. You’ll work directly with customers, builders, and enthusiasts to deliver solutions that support custom builds and performance applications.
Requirements
- High-volume call center or inside sales experience with demonstrated performance
- Solid automotive knowledge and confidence discussing parts and systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy with digital communication tools
- A true customer service enthusiast with a love for sales and building relationships
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to build rapport quickly
Nice To Haves
- Deep knowledge of classic cars, muscle cars, collector vehicles, and engine drive systems
- Proven inside sales success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries — delivering fast, friendly, and professional service by phone and email.
- Guide customers through product options, uncover their needs, and help them find exactly what fits — from the first question to the final sale.
- Convert leads into loyal customers using your expertise, enthusiasm, and persuasive communication skills.
- Enter and manage orders with precision, ensuring every detail is right and every customer stays informed.
- Engage with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and foster repeat business.
- Represent the company at trade shows — network, promote products, and connect with enthusiasts from all over.
- Stay sharp on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to keep your sales edge strong.
