Requirements

  • High-volume call center or inside sales experience with demonstrated performance
  • Solid automotive knowledge and confidence discussing parts and systems
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Tech-savvy with digital communication tools
  • A true customer service enthusiast with a love for sales and building relationships
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to build rapport quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge of classic cars, muscle cars, collector vehicles, and engine drive systems
  • Proven inside sales success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries — delivering fast, friendly, and professional service by phone and email.
  • Guide customers through product options, uncover their needs, and help them find exactly what fits — from the first question to the final sale.
  • Convert leads into loyal customers using your expertise, enthusiasm, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Enter and manage orders with precision, ensuring every detail is right and every customer stays informed.
  • Engage with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and foster repeat business.
  • Represent the company at trade shows — network, promote products, and connect with enthusiasts from all over.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to keep your sales edge strong.
