About The Position

We are seeking an Operations Manager who will keep the business running with precision and make it run better over time. Your first job is accuracy, timeliness, and execution across financial operations, compliance, record-keeping, and contracts. Your second job is to think critically and strategically; spot inefficiencies, build better processes, and increase what we're capable of as an organization.

Requirements

4+ years in operations, finance, administration, or project management.
Proven ability to manage contract workflows, financial operations, and record-keeping with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong grasp of AP/AR, cashflow management, treasury oversight, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with corporate governance, international compliance obligations, and contract management.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation and AI tools, Google Workspace, AP platforms, and banking systems.
Able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and deliver end-to-end without being managed through the details.

Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, collections, and financial reporting.
Overseeing banking, treasury, and cashflow operations, including cryptocurrency payments.
Driving end-to-end contract management workflows.
Ensuring compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, including document recertifications, legal reviews, and board governance.
Maintaining accurate, organized record-keeping
Administering tools, systems, accounts, and licenses across the organization.
Analyzing workstreams to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
Owning special projects that expand our organizational capabilities.
Collaborating with founders and senior leadership and across marketing, sales, product and engineering to remove operational friction.
Proactively surfacing risks before they become problems.
