About The Position

Requirements

• Required to have a high school diploma
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete and pass criminal background check
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training requirement and certification within 4 months of employment
• Knowledge of Windows, Intranet, Internet and Telehealth technology
• Ability to access, manipulate, organize, and relay information in meaningful ways using emails, phones, etc.
• Must have effective skills in organization and communication – both written and oral
• Ability to direct the work of individuals served using problem solving skills, adapt to rapid change, and be able to intervene promptly in crisis/emergency situations
• RBT experience with training in the principles and techniques of Applied Behavioral Analysis, including understanding behavioral plans and behavior analytical services

Responsibilities

• Implement direct behavior analytic services for children and young adults served by Anne Carlsen.
• Implement client’s individualized care plans and behavioral intervention programs.
• Implement evidence-based curriculum, interventions, and programming.
• Provide training, guidance, and direction to the client’s team and staff.
• Effectively utilize problem-solving skills in determining client needs.
• Effectively utilize problem-solving skills in determining staff training needs.
