The Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) position at Anne Carlsen Center implements direct behavior analytic services for children and young adults with developmental disabilities or delays. These services are provided under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA). The role involves implementing individualized care plans, behavioral intervention programs, and evidence-based curriculum, interventions, and programming. Additionally, the RBT I provides training, guidance, and direction to the client’s team and staff, utilizing problem-solving skills to determine client and staff training needs.
