About The Position

Our Client is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Garden City/Dearborn Heights, MI and surrounding areas. They are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through evidence-based interventions and individualized treatment plans. Their team of highly trained professionals is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. They are seeking a full-time/Part-time BCaBA to join our team and provide ABA services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and provide ongoing training and support to clients and their families. Requirements

Must be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
