Remote Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

This is a fully remote position serving our Michigan-based families. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will be a vital link in the child’s care team during the critical after-school window.
Requirements
- Active BCaBA Certification from the BACB.
- Currently hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it immediately upon hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in behavior analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments.
- Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth to ensure consistency in the home.
- Monitor progress through precise data collection and collaborate with the broader clinical team.
- Attend remote team meetings to share insights and ensure a "whole-child" approach to care
