The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) provides behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCaBA is responsible for assisting in the assessment, development, and implementation of behavior intervention plans, as well as supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct staff to ensure effective service delivery. This role supports individuals with developmental and behavioral needs, promoting skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
