Position Overview The Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst is responsible for developing integrated behavioral intervention and skill training programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behavioral concerns. This person is responsible for training residential staff members to carry out individual programs, monitor individual’s progress, and analyze program effects. HBD will provide a qualified BCBA to provide supervision per board requirements.
