About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in baseball coaching at the high school or equivalent level.
• Knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to upholding school policies and athletic department guidelines.
• Background check and any required certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an assistant baseball coach.
• Playing experience at the collegiate or professional level.
• Knowledge of strength and conditioning principles for athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coaching and development of the Windsor High School baseball team.
• Support the head coach in all aspects of team management and operations.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of practices and game strategies.
• Mentor student-athletes in athletic skills, sportsmanship, and academic responsibility.
