About The Position

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication.
• Personable and guest service driven.
• Self-motivated with professional demeanor.
• Pass a short bartending test.
• Good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a credit check.
• Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance.
• Must have basic math skills; ability to count change and balance bank.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training.
• Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders.
• Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Mixing drinks to order and serving guests.
• Having knowledge of all bar drinks and wines.
• Following all SMG-SAVOR policies and procedures.
