About The Position
Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring Barbers and Stylists for its Technical Team across its locations. The shop serves men and women and offers haircuts, color, styling, and waxing. Technical employees provide client service and hair styling, including cuts, color, and texturizing, while helping maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and a positive team environment. Compensation begins at 42%–45% commission on service sales or a protected $13 per hour, whichever is greater. Tips are paid at the end of each day. Commission rates may increase based on sales and request rate, with quarterly reviews. Full-time hours are guaranteed; part-time positions may be available depending on location. Applicants complete an in-person technical interview using a model, performing a medium bald fade with shear work on top. The company seeks candidates with open availability and an interest in growing with the brand.

- State-licensed Cosmetologist or Barber (required).
