About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring Barbers and Stylists for its Technical Team across all locations. The shop serves men and women with haircuts, color, styling, and waxing. The role offers a beginning pay rate of 42%–45% commission on service sales or a protected $13 per hour, whichever is greater, with tips paid at the end of each day. Team members receive steady walk-in traffic and may increase their commission rate based on sales and request rate, with quarterly reviews. Full-time hours are guaranteed; part-time positions are available depending on location. Candidates should have open availability and a desire to grow with the company. All technical employees complete an in-person technical interview using a model; the cut is a medium bald fade with shear work on top.

Requirements

State-licensed Cosmetologist or Barber (required).
