About The Position

AmeriFix (formerly TMT Automotive) is a family-owned, fast-growing repair group looking for skilled Automotive Technicians. We are seeking individuals who desire competitive pay, a healthy work/life balance, and the opportunity to work in a clean, well-equipped shop with a supportive team. Our shops handle a wide range of services, from routine maintenance and alignments to major repairs, engine swaps, and transmission replacements, working on various brands. We emphasize treating employees like family and fostering an environment where they feel valued and supported. We are expanding our presence into Indiana after achieving success with 11 locations across Middle Tennessee.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of automotive technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic and repair ability
  • Ability to perform thorough inspections and quality repairs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Own tools required
  • Team player with a professional attitude
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Handle maintenance and alignments
  • Perform major repairs
  • Conduct engine swaps
  • Perform transmission replacements
  • Work on a variety of vehicle brands
  • Keep growing skills in a dynamic industry
